§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB) according to German law.
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders through our online shop http://www.moonoolia.com.
(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract is concluded with Moonoolia, Authorized Person: Olga Barz, Registered office: Ostwaldstr. 8, 53115 Bonn, Germany, Ust.: 205/5013/308, VAT not included according to sec. 19 subs. 1 UStG (German VAT Act)
(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part but is only an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.

(6) §3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Maturity
(1) The prices stated exclude the legal value-added tax and include other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by PayPal, Credit Card.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch within 4 working days. The delivery will be made within 10-35 working days. The delivery period begins in the case of payment by advance payment on the day after the payment order is placed with the bank responsible for the transfer, and in all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer in the case of a mail-order purchase only when the item is handed over to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
