COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO 

We ship worldwide to most countries.

We do not ship to the following countries:

  • North Korea
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • United States

We currently work on providing shipment to the United States.

SHIPPMENT & DELIVERY 

We hold stock in various countries across the globe with warehouses in Australia, Russia and China. 

Please allow a processing time of 4 business days for each order. Items generally arrive within 16-20 business days. In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 25 business days, please send us an email at contact@moonoolia.com and we will find out the location of your order. 

TRACKING 

Once your order is packed and leave our office, you will receive an email with with an order confirmation. In most cases we also attach a tracking number. You then will receive tracking instructions on the email. 

WE PROTECT YOUR ORDER 

If you find that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time period; 2) the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it; or 3) your package contains incorrect items or items are missing, please contact customer service within 45 days from the payment date so that the above issues can be resolved. For other orders, products and logistical issues, please contact customer service within 90 days of the order date. 

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

NO RECEIVE OF CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email contact@moonoolia.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
